Frequently asked questions
Do I still need to come to the office?
Yes: photo, fingerprints and signature are taken at the office. But your details are already entered, so the visit is much quicker.
Can I change my appointment date?
Yes, in "My appointment", with your reference and your date of birth, until the day before the appointment.
What if I do not come?
Your place is lost. You can apply online again and choose a new date.
I lost my reference.
It is on the confirmation and in the e-mail (if you gave an address). Otherwise come to the reception with your licence number.
Are my data protected?
They are only used by UPR & SR to process your licence and are sent securely to the office.
